This Is Where It All Began

Today was a bittersweet moment for my husband, Josh and I. We ended a chapter to begin a new one. This morning we closed on what we called home for the past six years. This was the place where it all began for us. As I pick up the last of my items that remained, my wedding dress; a whirlwind of emotions flooded my heart. This is where it all began. I left my parents house to come to this one, no longer as a single girl, but as a married woman! This is where it all began. The empty house that turned into our sweet home, the place where we made so many memories that I will cherish forever.

This is where it all began and this is where it ends. I leave this house with what brought me into it in the first place, my wedding dress. As I close these doors forever, I am able to look at my future with a much bigger and wider lens. Endings are sad but beginnings are exciting. In order to start a new chapter, you must end the previous one. And our chapter has ended here; however, we look forward to new beginnings, new chapters and new books that fill up the pages with everlasting memories.

Do not despise these humble beginnings, for the Lord rejoices to see the work begin.. ~Zechariah 4:10

In a later post, I will share more about our selling and buying process. I will also talk about my amazing brother and Real Estate Realtor, Ronny Perez. Guys, it can seriously be overwhelming to buy or sell a house, just imagine doing both at the same time!!!!!! Ronny has been so professional, he's very knowledgable in the industry and will really work with you and for you. He made this whole process worthwhile, making us feel comfortable and confident along the way. We'll talk more about him in my Entrepreneur section at a later time. A special thanks to Karen Carranza and Masterpiece Title Company for a smooth closing!

Cheers to New Beginnings!
